Please find a link to the Special Diet online Information that Caterlink (our school meal provider) has asked to send out to all parents. This is to streamline the process of gathering special diet information.
This form is for all children with either an allergy or intolerance to specific ingredients, if you have previously filled a paper form in you will still need to submit the online form.
The form will also allow parents to record if a diet is no longer required - Caterlink Special Diet Form
E-Consent Link for Flu vaccination
Dear parent/carer of Reception - Year 6 children
Your child is now eligible for their Flu vaccination, as part of the National Programme for Vaccination.
Please click the following link to complete an E-Consent form for your child to receive this vaccination:

The online consent form link will close 3 working days before your school’s session date (02/10/26).
Please note that this link is only valid for children attending this school. You will receive a separate link for any children attending elsewhere.
